Peel the round eggplant and cut in half. Then cut into pieces with razor blades. Don't cut off. Add salt to remove the moisture.

Squeeze out the water from the eggplants and set aside.

Add minced onion and ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil and MSG to the pork filling.

Mix the pork filling and set aside.

Prepare the eggplant and put pork stuffing between each slice. Put in a steamer and steam until cooked.
