Shrimp, pork ribs and bamboo fungus soup
Overview
Bamboo fungus is a good thing. This is the first time I use bamboo fungus to make soup. Today is the birthday of an elderly person in my family. Time is tight and the tasks are heavy. The steps are not particularly detailed and perfect. Just refer to it.

Steps
-
Remove the glands from fresh shrimps, wash them and marinate them in cooking wine
-
Wash the ribs and put them into the pot under cold water
-
After the water boils, skim off the foam. Normally I would splash the water, but I was in a hurry today, so that’s it
-
Cut the corn
-
Put the corn in the pot, smash the ginger and add it together. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 40 minutes
-
Soak bamboo fungus in light salt water for 15 minutes, wash and cut into sections for later use
-
Break off 5 small florets of broccoli, wash and set aside
-
When 20 minutes are left, turn off the heat, add bamboo fungus and simmer together. When 10 minutes are left, add fresh shrimps and simmer
-
Before turning off the heat, scald the broccoli until cooked, skim off the foam, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and serve!

Rich in nutrients and delicious!
