-
Wash and peel the potatoes, steam them in a steamer over water, then mash them into puree.
-
Dice onions and sausage.
-
Pour oil into the pot, add onions and sauté until fragrant.
-
Add the diced sausage and stir-fry evenly.
-
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
-
Pour in the mashed potatoes and stir-fry evenly.
-
Serve the prepared mashed potatoes.
-
Prepare egg wash and cornstarch.
-
Divide the mixed mashed potatoes into several portions, roll them into the shape you want with your hands, whether it is a cylinder, a ball, or a round cake, and then coat them in flour one by one.
-
Coat it with egg wash and our croquette semi-finished product is ready.
-
At the end, just fry or pan-fry until golden brown. The mashed potatoes and the ingredients inside are already cooked, and there is no need to fry them for too long. You only need to fry the outer skin until crispy, so that they will be delicious.
-
After the croquettes have cooled down, eat them again. Do not re-fry them, just microwave them and then bake them in the oven for a while.
