Shredded cabbage fried pancakes
Overview
This is not a dish, nor can it be called a complete staple food, but it is as simple and delicious as egg fried rice. It can solve the dinner problem in 10 minutes.

Wash and shred the cabbage, mince the garlic cloves, cut the coriander into small pieces, and mince the ginger and set aside.

Beat 2 eggs, add cooking wine and a small spoonful of boiled water, stir and set aside. 250g biscuit shreds set aside.

After heating the pan, add an appropriate amount of salad oil and eggs. After solidification, break it into small pieces with a spatula and scoop it out for later use.

Made it again, add a little salad oil, sauté the minced ginger until fragrant, add shredded cabbage and stir-fry, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and salt. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Pour in the pancake shreds and continue to stir-fry.
