A snack that could only be eaten during the Chinese New Year when I was a kid--[Crispy Bean Flavored Pork Spare Fork]
Overview
I haven’t had crispy pork chops with bean flavor in more than ten years. When I told my son, he strongly requested me to fry fried pork chops for him. I have never done it myself. When I was in my hometown, my mother only fried pork chops once during the Chinese New Year. I called my mother and asked her how to make it. I checked it on the Internet and made it as promised. I mixed the noodles with soy milk and added black sesame seeds. I made crispy pork chops with full bean flavor! Friends, do you want to try it? Then come to my house to eat, there are a lot of them!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the raw materials;
-
Put the sugar into a bowl, add the soy milk and stir until the sugar dissolves;
-
Put all the raw materials and ingredients together and knead into a dough (except the frying oil), cover with plastic wrap and set aside for 20 minutes;
-
Roll the dough into a rectangular shape (the thinner, the better);
-
Cut into 3 cm wide and 8 cm long dough pieces;
-
Overlap the two dough pieces, fold them in half, and cut three knives in the middle, making the middle longer and the two sides shorter
-
The two corners on one side are passed through the longest knife edge in the middle, and then gently stretched toward the two ends to form a row of forks;
-
Finish all the forks;
-
Heat the wok and add oil. Heat the oil until it is about 160 degrees. Add the pork chop and fry until golden brown (I use an induction cooker, 160 degrees, 1000 watts)
-
Remove the oil and let it cool before eating.
