Overview

I have always liked eating roasted sweet potatoes, which are warm and sweet, and my mouth watering just thinking about them. But it takes too long to bake them in the oven. Besides, you can’t finish them all after baking them. Baking them once or twice is not enough to consume electricity and time. Last year, my son wanted to eat roasted sweet potatoes, but it was very cold that day. I couldn’t find any after looking around, so I bought a few raw ones and made them myself. When I had an idea, I cut them into thick slices and used an electric baking pan to finish them. Haha, my sweet potatoes were cooked in a few minutes. They were so fragrant that my son ate them with great joy! I have never bought roasted sweet potatoes since then. This method saves time, effort and is hygienic. It is well worth a try!

  1. Wash the sweet potatoes and cut off both ends
