Prepare the sauerkraut. Cut into pieces

Cut pork into cubes. Marinate with cornstarch, salt, and light soy sauce.

Cut the green pepper into two sections.

Heat a dry pot, add an appropriate amount of oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in sauerkraut and stir-fry

Pour in appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer.

Pour in the pork and green pepper (I use the pork to boil in the soup. If it is raw pork, stir-fry it first. Then stir-fry the sauerkraut). Cover the pot and simmer.

Stir fry until cooked.
