Pan-fried beef
Overview
I made a dish today. My mother used to castrate the beef at home, put it on the balcony to dry in the sun and then take it out to fry. The taste will never be forgotten to this day. Most of the time, my interest in eating comes from my parents. When I was a child, my parents would cook almost anything delicious at home, and that’s how I became the foodie I am today.

The beef is washed and ready to be cut

Dice garlic

Cut into pieces and put in a bowl

Add salt and oil.

Add dark soy sauce. I ran out of soy sauce and was too lazy to go downstairs to buy it. I used dark soy sauce instead.

Catch everything with your hands and castrate everything in place

Place in a vegetable basket and dry in the sun. Very fragrant

Put it in the pot and fry it slowly over medium-low heat. I fried it without drying it out, and it tastes very good. It just doesn’t taste like my mother’s,
