This bread is made for my grandson who has just turned one year old. Because it is for the baby, the ingredients are carefully selected. There must be less sugar and healthy fats. I used a small amount of brown sugar. In addition to adding walnut powder, I also used walnut oil and used milk made with formula milk powder instead of water.
