Overview

cabbage, 1 small bowl of soaked fungus, half a bell pepper, 2 chives, and 3 cloves of garlic.

Wash the cabbage, blanch it with the fungus for about 1 minute, cool to dry and set aside. Wash the onion, garlic and bell pepper and cut into pieces.
