  1. cabbage, 1 small bowl of soaked fungus, half a bell pepper, 2 chives, and 3 cloves of garlic.

  2. Wash the cabbage, blanch it with the fungus for about 1 minute, cool to dry and set aside. Wash the onion, garlic and bell pepper and cut into pieces.

  4. Heat a pan, add some oil and sauté the onions and garlic, add chopped bell peppers, add the blanched cabbage and fungus, add some salt and five-spice powder and stir-fry evenly.
