Scrape the lettuce, wash it, slice it diagonally and set aside.

Slice beef and set aside.

Add a little cooking wine and starch and marinate for five minutes.

Cut the ginger into shreds and set aside.

Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, add beef slices and shredded ginger, season with a little salt and white pepper, stir-fry, then add lettuce slices, stir-fry a few times.
