Bought oysters.

Brush the oyster shells clean and open the oysters.

Boil the water for the oysters that have opened their shells and steam them in a pot.

After the water boils, steam for 5 minutes.

Prepare minced garlic, red pepper rings, and chopped chives.

Put an appropriate amount of cooking oil in the pot, add minced garlic and stir-fry over low heat (this way the garlic will be more fragrant), then add cooking wine, light soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir-fry.
