Rich almond cake
Overview
Here's another shortbread recipe for almonds, using less oil and almost all almond meal, no flour at all. However, one thing that makes people confused is why does Teacher Meng’s batter look drier than mine? Moreover, my almond cake spreads out into a round sheet as soon as it is baked, but Teacher Meng's finished product is so three-dimensional.
