Stir-fried beef with shredded potatoes is my husband's favorite. It appears on my dining table every now and then. The combination of meat and vegetables allows my sister, who is afraid of fat, to eat it with open belly.

When the ingredients are ready, it is best to choose fresh potatoes with a beautiful golden color.

Peel the potatoes, cut into thin slices and then cut into shreds. The thinner the potatoes, the finer the shreds will be

Rinse the shredded potatoes with clean water and drain to prevent discoloration

Add an appropriate amount of salt, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes. This will pickle the moisture out of the potato shreds and make them crispy

Cut beef into thin slices and shred

Add cooking wine, salt, cumin and starch, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Heat the oil to 60% heat, add beef and fry over high heat until it changes color

Move beef to one side, add shredded potatoes and stir-fry
