Tomato Beef Soup
Overview
The sour tomatoes are paired with tender beef. It's simple and easy to make, and the bibimbap is awesome.

Dice the tomatoes, add oil in a hot pan and stir-fry, then add water to make the soup until it becomes thick. Crush the tomatoes with a shovel and use a slotted spoon to scoop out most of the tomato puree and skin, leaving mainly the soup.

Cut the beef into thin slices. You can also buy sliced beef directly in the supermarket. It should be thinner than the one you cut yourself. Add sweet potato starch and a pinch of salt.

After the soup is cooked, it will be thicker. Add the beef in small pieces and add salt and pepper. Don't cook it for too long, or it will become stale. After removing from the pan, sprinkle with chopped green onions.
