Grilled fish
Overview
My baby doesn’t like to eat fish, so I tried all kinds of ways to make it just because he doesn’t like it. I had no choice but to give it a try and cook it in the oven! It tastes pretty good! My daughter likes to eat it very much, so I will share it with you today!

Steps
-
The bass cleaned up and took a few cuts on the back.
-
Cut it in half with a knife, add chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and various auxiliary ingredients according to your preference. I belong to the north and prefer salt. You can also put all the seasonings in a bowl, mix well, sprinkle on the fish, and marinate for about 1 hour.
-
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 8 minutes, then place the fish on tin foil, sprinkle some vegetable oil on the tin foil, and adjust the oven to 210 degrees for 20 minutes.
-
I also refer to the Internet for the time and temperature. The oven is for general household use, and the time for grilling fish is also listed on it. After comparison, 15-20 minutes is fine.

The appearance is a bit off, but the taste is pretty good!
