Yuba, also known as bean curd skin or tofu skin, is a thin film solidified on the surface of boiled soy milk. It can be eaten fresh or dried. It is a common food ingredient in East Asia.

  1. Soak the dried beans in warm water, remove them after 2 hours and drain;
