Steps

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes, mince the ginger and green onions, mince the pork and marinate. 

  2. Prepare a bowl of water starch. 

  3. Boil tofu in boiling water, blanch for 2 minutes and remove.

  4. Heat the oil and sauté the ginger, onion and garlic until fragrant. 

  5. Add the minced meat and stir-fry until it changes color.

  6. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of dark soy sauce, and a spoonful of chili sauce, stir-fry evenly, and add half a bowl of water.

  7. Pour in the tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

  8. Finally add a little salt, chicken essence, and water starch.

  9. Remove from the pan.
