Steps
-
Make the yeast first, mix 50g flour + 50g water + a small spoonful of dry yeast and ferment in a warm and humid place until the volume expands and dense small bubbles appear on the surface,
-
Mix all the ingredients except butter, cream cheese, whipping cream and powdered sugar with the yeast from the previous step, and knead until it becomes chewy,
-
Add butter and knead until a film forms,
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size,
-
Squeeze out the air in the fermented dough, shape it, spray a layer of water on the surface, and continue the second fermentation. You need to spray water again in the middle to prevent the skin from forming a crust and becoming too hard.
-
Ferment until doubled in size (about the size of an eight-inch mold)
-
Sift a thin layer of flour on the surface, place it in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes (please adjust the baking time appropriately according to your own oven. If the color is too heavy in the middle, you can put a layer of tin foil on the bread)
-
Cut into six equal parts,
-
Cream cheese, (cream)
-
Soften at room temperature or heat over water, add powdered sugar, and beat with a whisk until smooth and without particles,
-
Add light cream and continue to beat until completely combined,
-
Cut the bread cubes in half across the middle (do not cut)
-
Spread cheese sauce inside the cut and on the surface of the bread,
-
Dip in plenty of milk powder and enjoy,
