Scallops, sea rice, scallion oil noodles
Overview
I boiled some scallion oil myself, added scallops and dried shrimps to make scallion oil noodles! The flavor is very strong! Just boil and mix such simple ingredients and seasonings, it is really simple and delicious!

Wash chives and onions and cut into small pieces

Add appropriate amount of corn oil to the pan, add onions and chives

Simmer over low heat until the onions and green onions turn golden brown

Remove the onions and scallion segments, pour out most of the scallion oil and reserve the base oil for later use

Soak scallops and dried shrimps with cooking wine until soft

Heat the scallion oil left in the pan, add the soaked scallops and dried shrimps and stir-fry

Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar and a little water and bring to a boil

Cook until the juice thickens, turn off the heat and set aside

After boiling water in the pot, add noodles and bring to a boil. Add cold water and cook again until cooked

Take out the noodles and put them on a plate, top with the cooked scallops and dried shrimps sauce

Just mix well when eating
