Fried shrimp with onions
Overview
Everyone in the family is a shrimp addict, and even the three-year-old can eat more than half a catty in one sitting. There are more shrimps in the market during this time, and the prices are quite suitable. So I basically eat it once or twice a week. Sometimes I see the big ones boiled and the smaller ones stir-fried. This was a lunch dish for two of my kids one day.
