Wash the kelp and cook it for 6 minutes.

Cut off the heads of enoki mushrooms, wash them and boil them in water for 2 minutes.

Put the cooked kelp and enoki mushrooms into the prepared cold boiled water and let cool.

Chop garlic, pepper, and coriander.

Remove the kelp enoki mushrooms and drain the water. Add half of the raw garlic and coriander to the kelp enoki mushrooms. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar or white vinegar.

Fry the remaining minced garlic and chili in the oil until smoking.

Fry and pour over.

Drizzle some more sesame oil and mix well. It will taste better if frozen for a while.
