  1. Add 180g flour, add 2g salt, add appropriate amount of water and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for an hour and knead the dough a few more times during the process, so that the noodles will be stronger!

  2. Roll out the rested dough to about one centimeter, sprinkle with flour and fold it,

  4. After cutting the noodles into 6 cm wide, shake them and place them on the chopping board for later use!

  5. Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot and cook, then put it in cold water for a while and then drain and set aside!

  6. Slice onions, carrots, tear cabbage into small pieces, and cut small greens into cubes (I forgot to take a photo of this!) mince ginger, dice garlic, and take an appropriate amount of dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns for later use.

  7. Add a little oil to the pot. When the oil is hot, add dried chili peppers, peppercorns, minced ginger, and minced garlic. Saute until fragrant. Add onions and stir-fry until white. Add carrots and cabbage. Finally, add green vegetables, add salt, and stir-fry chicken essence for a few times. Put the vegetables on the surface! Mix well
