Stir-fried pork belly with radish beans
Overview
Bu, in fact it is one of the ways to make dried beans. But it is not completely dry. It is 70-90% dried and stored in sealed jars. During the storage process, it slowly ferments, giving the dishes a unique sour flavor, such as beans, peppers, taro and so on. Bean sprouts are a dish that almost every family in my hometown in Hunan makes. It is the taste of my mother, grandma or grandma. Today I would like to introduce to you the stir-fried pork belly with diced beans. The crispy diced beans have a slight pot flavor, and together with the fried and fragrant pork belly, it is really delicious.
