Ingredients: squid, red pepper, garlic moss.

In order to remove the fishy smell, peel off the skin of the squid and clean it.

Cut the squid into slices, cut the red pepper into diamond shapes, and cut the garlic into inch-long sections.

Heat hot water in a pot. When the water bubbles up, add the squid. The color of the squid turns white and is taken out when rolled.

Pour cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is hot, add garlic and stir-fry.

Add salt and light soy sauce and continue stir-frying.
