Cut the pork belly into thin slices.

Wash the beans and cut the potatoes into cubes.

Heat oil in a pot, add pork belly and stir-fry to remove fat.

Add potatoes and fry until tiger skin color.

Add the beans.

Stir-fry the beans until soft, add an appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer slowly, add salt and five-spice powder and dark soy sauce to adjust the color.
