Fragrant dragon fish

Wash the Longli fish and absorb the water with kitchen paper towels. Cut into small strips, add a little salt and marinate for about ten minutes.

Crush the cooked peanuts, add cooked white sesame seeds, chili powder, a little salt and sugar, stir well and set aside.

Soak the dried red peppers in warm water for 5 minutes beforehand.

Chop green onions into slices, drain dry red peppers, and cut green peppers into rings.

Take a bowl and beat 1 egg, add 1 tablespoon of flour, 1 tablespoon of dry starch, and a little water and mix well.

Add 1 tsp of salad oil and stir evenly. for the batter.

Coat each piece of Longli fish with a layer of batter and fry in a pan over medium-low heat until the fish sticks float and take out.

Turn to high heat, heat the oil, pour in the Longli fish and fry again to finalize the shape, take it out and set aside.

Pour a little oil into the wok, add peppercorns and dried red chili peppers and stir-fry over low heat until fragrant.

Add chopped green onions and saute until fragrant.

Add the green pepper rings and continue to stir-fry.
