Wash all vegetables, drain and cut into required portions.

Cut the garlic into small rounds; cut the onions, red bell peppers and broccoli into small cubes.

Beat the eggs, pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat the oil and pour in the egg liquid, stir-fry until smooth and set aside.

Pour vegetable oil into the pot, heat it up over high heat, first add onions and stir-fry until fragrant, then add garlic and broccoli and stir-fry for 1 minute, finally add red bell peppers and stir-fry a few times.

Pour in the rice and stir-fry for a minute, then add the eggs and stir-fry a few times before serving.
