Fried Sanding
Overview
There is also a piece of boiled meat, diced and stir-fried with broccoli stalks and carrots. I don’t know if it is rich in nutrients, but the color is very pretty.

Wash, peel and dice the carrots.

Wash and dice broccoli stems.

Blanch the two kinds of diced vegetables in a pot under cold water.

Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Remove and set aside.

Dice the cooked meat, and chop the green onion and red pepper into small pieces.

Hot pan and cold oil.

Heat the oil and stir-fry the diced vegetables.

Add table salt.
-
Stir-fry evenly and add diced meat.

Fry evenly and add light soy sauce.

Fry evenly.
-
Add onions and red peppers, and chicken essence.

Stir fry evenly.
-
Remove from pot and plate.

Finished product.
