Garlic Chili Sauce
Overview
Making garlic chili sauce every late fall has always been my favorite! A few years ago, a friend gave me a small bottle of homemade garlic chili sauce. It tasted sour, spicy, sweet and salty, and was delicious as a side dish or mixed with noodles. I asked how it was made? After learning the method, I couldn't wait to do it. It was very successful. I have done it every year since then and have kept it to this day. Garlic chili sauce is not only appetizing and delicious, but also has health-preserving functions and can be stored for a long time without deterioration. Food ingredients have the functions of sterilizing, softening blood vessels, lowering three highs, and fighting cancer.
