Cut the pork belly into small, even pieces. Add cooking wine and ginger and marinate for ten minutes

Pour the marinated meat into the pot with clean water and cook the bleeding water. Do not overcook it, as it will affect the taste.

Cut the taro in half and cut the tea tree mushroom into sections. Put a little oil in the pot and add the taro. Fry it briefly so that the taro will not stick to the soup

Put a little oil in the pot. Pour in the cooked meat and turn it over to almost dry out the oil in the meat

Pour in the ingredients and stir-fry

Add all the seasonings, bean paste, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce. Continue to stir-fry

Add 1/3 of the stock or water to the pot. Pour in the side dishes, which are taro seeds and tea tree mushrooms, and cook over high heat for three minutes, then turn to medium heat and cover the pot to simmer

Be careful to stir-fry in the middle of the frying so as not to burn it. Cook the yu'er very well and you can fry it. Fragrant and delicious braised pork. The fragrance of the tea tree mushroom is particularly delicious
