Mix all ingredients.

Add all seasonings and mix well to form a filling.

Make dough.

Knead and deflate the dough evenly, divide into even portions, and make buns.

Place the buns in the steamer and let them rise for 15 minutes.

When the buns have risen until they feel light and fluffy, you can turn on the steamer. Turn the steamer to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes. Turn off the heat and simmer for three minutes before opening the lid.
