Braised Duck Mix
Overview
While browsing the market, I accidentally found a place selling ducks, so I bought some duck gizzards, ducks, and duck livers. These are usually sold in cooked dishes. Today, I made a pot of marinade and made some braised vegetables.

Prepare the ingredients.

Clean duck feet, gizzards and liver and set aside.

Add some water, cooking wine, green onion knots, ginger slices, 2 fragrant leaves and 2 star anise to the prepared duck gizzards and other ingredients and bring to a boil.

Wash the blood and set aside for later use.

Replace the water, add green onions, ginger, cooking wine, thirteen spices, fresh chili powder, spices, dark soy sauce, and rock sugar and bring to a boil.

First add duck gizzards and simmer over low heat for half an hour.

Add the duck feet and cook the duck liver for about 20 minutes.

Turn off the heat and let it soak overnight for more flavor.

The fragrant and delicious duck offal is ready.
