Prepare ingredients: pickled dried radish, minced onions, ginger and garlic, braised pork, green and red peppers, cooked fresh noodles.

Shred the green and red peppers, and dice the pickled radish.

Heat oil in a pan.

Sauté minced onion, ginger and garlic.

Pour in braised pork and stir-fry.
