  1. Gourd cutting hob block

  2. Rinse the shrimp skin with clean water

  3. Chop onion, ginger and garlic

  4. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic and saute until fragrant

  6. Add water to boil and cook for three to five minutes until the gourds are soft and tender

  7. Add dried shrimps

  8. Appropriate amount of salt to taste

  9. Add chopped green onion
