Garlic cabbage
Overview
I usually stir-fry cabbage, but this time I can eat it in a variety of ways, and it tastes pretty good! I particularly like the rich aroma of garlic, it’s delicious and goes well with rice.

Wash the cabbage and set aside

Cut the cabbage into sections, boil the water in a pot and blanch until the cabbage is cooked.

Put a spoonful of light soy sauce and the very fresh flavor on the plate, and put the cabbage on the plate.

Chop the garlic cloves, put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add a little salt and sugar and stir-fry over low heat until they are about seven or eight times cooked.

Pour the minced garlic over the cabbage.
