Stir-fried bacon with dried tofu
Overview
Before the invention of the refrigerator, due to limited conditions, it was difficult for people to eat fresh meat in winter. So the smart working people came up with the method of preserving meat by salting it and making it into cured meat, which became an indispensable delicacy on the Spring Festival table. It’s also very versatile and can be paired with vegetables and tofu.
