Wash and peel the loofah and cut into slightly thick slices

Heat a pan, add a little peanut oil and sauté the chopped green onion

Add the loofah and stir-fry until the loofah becomes soft and almost broken

Add an appropriate amount of water to boil (do not cover the pot), add an appropriate amount of salt and a little chicken essence to taste
