Oatmeal Apple Rose Scones
Overview
Get something portable. The scones are pretty good. For a half serving, you should only use half an apple. I chose a small apple, about 120 grams, which is almost half of the medium size. The net pulp is about 90 grams. I changed the water to milk and felt more accustomed to it. Scones are easy and quick. When it came out of the oven, I suddenly realized that no sugar was used in this scone. All the sugar in the dough comes from the rose paste, so it’s not too sweet. However, after the apples are roasted to remove the moisture, the sweetness increases. Eat the dough with the apples and it won't be too bland. The intertwining of roses and apples is also good.
