Garlic Chili Sauce
Overview
I loved spicy food when I was a child. A small spoonful of it when I ate was really delicious. My grandma used to make it, but now I have a family, so I have to learn some things slowly by myself.

Wash the peppers and dry them without any water.

I used a food processor and minced all the chili and garlic.

Heat the oil in the pot until it is 60% hot, pour the chili peppers in and stir-fry.

Add a small spoonful of white wine, then add salt, sugar, and a little chicken essence to taste and stir-fry for five minutes. Then wait for the chili sauce to cool down and put it into a glass bottle. That's it.
