I bought the pork stuffing directly (the market has a machine and you can choose the pork and let the seller mince it). Chop the Chinese cabbage and add it according to the amount of meat. Chop the onion, ginger and garlic, then add two eggs (add them according to the consistency. If it is thin, add more cabbage). Add the seasonings without vinegar and mix.
