Chives, eggs and shrimp skin pot stickers
Overview
I don’t know what to make every morning. My daughter has to go to school and I can’t make anything too troublesome. After reading my friends’ recipes, I also wanted to make pot stickers. I made them and froze them in the refrigerator. When I want to eat them, I just fry them. Very convenient!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the leeks, control the water, and chop them into pieces; fry the eggs in oil and chop them into pieces; turn the green onions into a puree, put them into a container one by one, and then add the dried shrimps.
-
Add salt, chicken essence, five-spice powder and sesame oil and stir evenly.
-
Mix the flour before mixing the filling. Let it wake up for twenty minutes.
-
After the filling is ready, start kneading the dough and cut it into small pieces.
-
Roll it out into a thick crust (I rolled it a bit thick), place it on the board, and put the filling in the crust. Fold it in half, pinch the openings on both sides to seal it, or leave it unsealed.
-
This is an unsealed one, let’s take a close-up.

-
Preheat the electric baking pan, brush it with oil, put in the raw pot stickers, cover the lid, and turn off the light after frying.

When the pot stickers come out of the pot, the skin I made is a bit thick. But it tastes okay!
