Home-style cabbage and bean sprouts stewed with big bones
Overview
Pork leg bones are large bones with a hole in the middle to hold the bone marrow. A better tube bone should be the leg bone of the hind leg, because the bones here are thicker. The bone marrow contains a lot of collagen, which in addition to being used for beauty, can also promote wound healing and enhance physical fitness. Still good stuff.
