Children like to eat mutton the most. Mutton is often eaten in Inner Mongolia in winter. The mutton on the grassland is delicious and healthy. Stewed mutton is a dish that the whole family likes. Soak the sample meat for 1 hour and wash it clean. (You can do it without soaking, just rinse it and cut it into about 1.5cm square pieces.

Seasonings are ready. Chop the coriander, cut the green onion and green onion leaves into sections, and slice the ginger.

Cut the carrots into pieces about the same size as the mutton

Add water to the pot and put the mutton pieces directly into the pot.
