  1. Soak the sample meat for 1 hour and wash it clean. (You can do it without soaking, just rinse it and cut it into about 1.5cm square pieces.

  2. Seasonings are ready. Chop the coriander, cut the green onion and green onion leaves into sections, and slice the ginger.
