Peel and dice the pumpkin.

Put an appropriate amount of olive oil in the pot, add the pumpkin and fry slowly over low heat.

Chop walnuts and almonds.

Fry until the pumpkin becomes soft and has a yellow shell, then add chopped nuts.

Continue frying for a while, and when the pumpkin is cooked, add cooked white sesame seeds.
