  1. Brush the hairy crabs clean with a disposable toothbrush;

  2. Boil water and scald the hairy crabs;

  3. Cut the hairy crab into pieces; PS: If you dare to cut the hairy crab raw, you can cut it directly without boiling it.

  4. Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, stir-fry the hairy crabs, add crab vinegar, purple sweet potato, ginger and light soy sauce;
