Overview

As an authentic southerner, it was amazing to eat braised noodles for the first time. However, I was still a newcomer to the society at that time, and I was short of money, so I could only taste it occasionally. In the past two years, I have lived a life of a full-time mother and like to study food. I can finally make braised noodles and eat them by myself. Haha! Today's quantity is just enough to feed our family of four, two adults and two children (under four years old), with no leftovers.

Finally, stir-fry the tomatoes into a puree and add all the ingredients. Add the cooked noodles, add three bowls of water and simmer for five minutes. You're done!
