Cut the pork belly into small pieces, add an egg and mix well, then add starch and mix well and set aside.

Cut green and red peppers.

Diced tomatoes.

Add tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and salt to the bowl and mix well.

Heat 50% of the oil in the pot, pour in the pork belly and fry slowly over low heat.

Fry until golden and crispy. Remove and control oil.

Leave the oil in the base, pour in the prepared sauce, stir-fry evenly and bring to a boil. Add in the green and red peppers and stir-fry until raw.

Pour in the pork belly and stir-fry over high heat until the soup thickens and it is ready to serve.
