Wine-baked scallops
Overview
In addition to stir-frying and making soup, my favorite dish is this wine-baked flower armor. The packaging is sealed with tin foil, which can tightly retain the original flavor of the flower armor. The wine used can be white wine or red wine. I used white wine here. The flower armor made by this method not only has a light aroma of wine, but is also very delicious.

Steps
-
Wash the flower nails and drain them. Cut the ginger into shreds, mince the garlic into minced garlic, cut the red pepper into small pieces and set aside. Then spread the flower nails on tin foil and top with the shredded ginger and minced garlic. Then mix the cooking oil and white wine evenly and pour it on the flower nails
-
Wrap the tin foil tightly, leaving some space in the middle, because the opening will swell when the sixtieth is heated. After wrapping, place it on the baking sheet and then place it on the grill of the Liren air fryer.
-
Use the homemade menu, then adjust the time to 15 minutes and the temperature to 200 degrees. If the portion is large and the sixties are large, the time may be extended appropriately
-
The flower armor is baking.
-

-
