Satay flavored shredded pork and stir-fried green pepper
Overview
I have a pack of satay sauce at home. It turned out to be extra from making beef tenderloin and I haven’t eaten it yet. It’s about to expire. Today I used the satay sauce to stir-fry shredded pork and green peppers and add a handful of edamame. It tasted pretty good.
